I am a lifelong musician, composer, songwriter, vocalist, pianist, and educator who believes that music can transform the way we think, feel, and understand the world.

I am currently pursuing graduate studies in Music Education at Hunter College, where I continue to deepen my understanding of music pedagogy and the science of learning.

I am also a John Lennon Songwriting Award winner and the creator of the rock/pop opera Heavenly Music.

Over the course of my teaching career, my students have performed at renowned New York venues including Steinway Hall and Lincoln Center.

My teaching brings together my experience as an artist and educator. I want students to experience music not as a collection of rules, but as a language they can understand, question, explore, and ultimately make their own.
